Unitus was founded by two SDRs who witnessed the painful consequences of outdated sales practices. The volume-based approach to sourcing pipeline wasn’t just ineffective—it led to missed quotas, declining trust, and layoffs of talented colleagues. Frustrated and determined to make a difference, we decided to quit our jobs and dedicate ourselves to building Unitus full-time.
